according to § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG)

According to § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act, companies listed on the stock exchange are obligated to draw up a document once a year in which all information is listed or in the framework of which reference is made to all information that the company has published in the past business year on the basis of the provisions pertaining to capital market legislation that are specified in § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act. The annual document is to be drawn up in German.
