aleo solar AG raises 2010 revenue forecast to at least EUR 480 million

aleo solar AG [ISIN: DE000A0JM634] announced that it expects to report consolidated revenue of at least EUR 480 million for 2010. The company further anticipates a solid EBIT margin. According to preliminary calculations, revenue in the first six months of 2010 already amounted to EUR 277 million.
The positive development of business is especially due to the extraordinary demand triggered by the planned reduction in feed-in tariffs in Germany from mid-2010. aleo solar AG also registered strong demand in its other European core markets.
The company expects to continue on its trajectory of growth in 2011. aleo solar AG will set itself concrete goals in the course of 2010, so as to be able to take general developments into account.

aleo solar AG produces and distributes premium solar modules and systems for the international photovoltaic market. Since 2009, the Bosch Group has owned a majority of aleo solar AG (DE000A0JM634), which was originally founded in 2001 and has been listed on the stock exchange since 2006. As a premium manufacturer with 1002 employees, aleo solar maintains a strong global presence with subsidiaries active in all important photovoltaic markets. Its main plant in Prenzlau, Germany and two additional plants in Spain and China provide the aleo solar group with an annual production capacity of 390 megawatts by the end of 2011. In 2011, the company's turnover amounted to € 462 million.
