aleo solar GmbH takes the protection of personal data very seriously. In this data privacy statement, we inform you of what data we save and how we use it. The processing and handling of personal data is based on the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Data sent via the contact form will remain with us until you request them to be deleted, revoke your consent to the saving or there is no longer any need to save the data. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected by this.

 

THE DATA WE COLLECT

No personal data will be collected when you visit our website. You will only share private data with is if you decide to receive further information or inform us of a problem, either by filling out a contact form or sending an E-mail.

We require an E-mail address in order to be able to send you our newsletter. The E-mail address entered must be verified and consent to receive the newsletter must be given. Additional data will not be collected or are voluntary. The data is are used exclusively to send the newsletter.

The data entered when signing up for the newsletter are processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1(a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time, even after it has already been granted. An informal E-mail message or response vial the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter will suffice for revocation. The lawfulness of the data processing procedures already conducted remains unaffected by this.
Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted if you unsubscribe. If these data are used for other purposes and transferred to us at another place, they will remain with us.

Demography features with Google Analytics

Our website uses the function “demographic features” from Google Analytics. It can be used to create reports which contain statements on the age, sex and interests of visitors to the website. These data come from interest-related advertising of Google and visitor data from third-party providers. These data cannot be allocated to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time. This can be done by using the display settings in your Google account or by generally prohibiting your data from being recorded by Google Analytics, as explained in the section “Objection to data recording.”

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

Our website use Google AdWords. This is offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States.

AdWords is an online advertising program. We work with conversion tracking in the scope of the online advertising program. After clicking on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie will be set for the conversion tracking. Cookies are tiny text files which your web browser saves on your end device. Google AdWords cookies will cease to be valid after 30 days and do not serve to identify users personally. Google and we can use the cookie to detect that you have clicked on an advertisement and were forwarded to our website.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via websites of AdWords customers. Conversion cookies are used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers which use conversion tracking. AdWords customers find out how many users have clicked on their advertisement and were forwarded to sites with a conversion tracking tag. However, AdWords customers do not receive any information which enable users to be identified personally. If you do not wish to take part in the tracking, you may object to this use.
